October and November usually bring us the best sunsets off the bay here on the Pacific Coast. I especially love the reflections off the mud in the bay when the tide has receded. These shots are from my living room window. All are unedited. The first two are the same evening but different focal lengths, with the second shot slightly cropped. The last shot was a different night and the sun was so bright I decided to try using an ND (Neutral Density) filter which helps with slower shutter speeds. I like the simplicity of the last shot the best. Which one is your favorite? Click to enlarge the image for better viewing.
I’m with you on that last one!
Hard to say, but I think the ND one wins by a bit.. all are very good. I have ND and Grads but never got the hang of them 🙂
Easily the ND filter image – I am jealous
Awe-inspiring sunsets Beedie.
Thank you BKU!
